Who repairs the pipe? Who can approve work? How are shared costs allocated? These are useful starting points across shared buildings, but the documents, decision-makers and applicable law vary.

What happens after you send?

We group received requests by country or region, role and problem.
We discuss the documents, practical need and possible pilot with relevant respondents.
We confirm scope and terms before anyone supplies documents or starts a trial.

Adding legal sources is one step. We also need to test the local document types, amendments, authority and rules in force.
