What happens next
Human review gets the first step right.
The manual route is a feature of the current service. It keeps sensitive documents out of the first contact and lets us confirm the right user, secure route and starting question. Automatic signup is planned, but this page does not submit or store the form. Access is not instant.
Leaseholder access covers one lease free. Team access covers one month and up to 100 leases. At the end of a team month, the organisation can discuss continued access or stop. There is no card and no automatic conversion. Read the privacy policy and terms of service.
Why use LEASE-iQ?
A fluent answer is not enough
Generic GenAI can sound certain. Your lease is specific.
People are already using generic GenAI to draft detailed questions and challenges. It can be useful, but it can also produce a confident answer that is incomplete or wrong when it has not read the controlling lease, identified the relevant party or checked the current source.
LEASE-iQ starts with the lease that controls the question, not a generic description of leasehold law.
The user can open the wording behind the answer and check whether it supports the conclusion.
Relevant law and uncertainty stay visible. Missing evidence is not turned into certainty.
Residents are raising better questions. Professional teams need answers they can check so they can respond quickly, consistently and fairly. See the full comparison
How it helps in your role
Leaseholder or buyer
Understand one live problem.
Find the wording that matters, see what is still missing and ask the other side a better, more precise question.
Managing agent or professional team
Use it as issues arrive.
Add up to 100 leases, ask the real repair, consent, service-charge, enforcement and resale questions, and see whether colleagues reach answers they can check.
Housing association
Test consistency across the portfolio.
Use leases from different schemes and eras to expose where policy, the signed document and current law do not say the same thing.
Local authority
Keep the council's role and source visible.
Separate landlord, freeholder, agent and statutory roles before policy or a standard response becomes the answer.
Freeholder or landlord
Prepare the decision from the right authority.
Check the demanding party, lease authority, notices and evidence before issuing a charge, answering a repair or deciding a consent request.
RMC, RTM or block director
Check one real board decision.
Use the lease to examine a cost, responsibility or managing-agent response before the board commits time or money.
Independent help
LEASE offers free, independent leasehold guidance.
building trust is not the only route. The Leasehold Advisory Service publishes guidance and offers appointments for leaseholders and park-home owners.
