Tell us a bit about you so we can set up the right workspace. You'll get a confirmation email, and Adam will add you manually within 24 hours (usually much faster).

You're on the list.

Check your inbox. We've sent a confirmation. Adam will add your account manually within 24 hours and you'll get a second email with your login link.

What happens next 1. You'll get a confirmation email now.
2. Adam sets up your workspace within 24 hours.
3. You'll receive a second email with your LEASE-iQ login link.
Why is it invite-only?

Every question you ask costs us money. AI compute isn't free, so adding users manually lets us keep an eye on usage while the pricing model settles. Open self-service sign-up is coming soon.

How long until I get access?

Usually within a few hours during UK working hours, and within 24 hours overnight or at weekends. You'll get a confirmation email first (auto), then a second email from Adam with your login link once your workspace is set up.

Does it cost anything?

Not right now. You get one full lease question to try it out, and while we're still in early pilot, usage stays free. We want to see who's using LEASE-iQ and what they ask before we switch on payment.

What can I ask?

Anything grounded in your lease. What the ground rent clause says, whether a pet is permitted, what the service charge actually allows, whether a subletting restriction applies. LEASE-iQ will cite the exact clause in its answer. For questions that aren't lease-specific (statutory obligations, Section 20 processes), the site has guides, or check the user guide.
